            Pre-Care for ZO Glass Skin Facial
            Pause retinoids, AHAs/BHAs, benzoyl peroxide for 5–7 days before treatment.
Avoid sunburn/tanning for 1–2 weeks; apply SPF 30+ daily.
Discontinue blood-thinning supplements (fish oil, vitamin E) for 3–5 days if approved by your physician.
Arrive with a clean face. Tell us about cold sores, active acne, Accutane, or pregnancy.

            Post-Care (ZO Serums + Hydration)
            Expect pinkness/warmth for 24–48 hours. Hydrate with ZO serums + hyaluronic acid.
No makeup, workouts, saunas, or hot tubs for 24 hours.
Avoid exfoliants/retinoids/acids for 5–7 days; do not pick or scrub flaking.
Daily SPF 30+; minimize direct sun for 1 week.
